Where does Zoky Doky’s merchandise come from?

All over!! We meet with lots of artists, manufacturers, and designers from all over the world. Our goal is to seek out and bring you the coolest, most exciting and interesting accessories so you can shop at your convenience online.

What payment options do I have?

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Pay Pal. All payment methods require a U.S billing address

Can I order by phone?

Yes, we will happily take your order over the phone, during our normal business ours. Our normal business hours are Monday –Friday 10-5 ET.

What about returns?

We really hope you flip over your ZokyDoky purchase, but if you should need to return it, you have 14 days to decide and we will gladly accept new, unworn, unused merchandise as long as all tags are still attached. Because our merchandise is sometimes in very limited supplies we feel 14 days provides you with enough time to decide if you want to keep the item and it enables us to keep our inventory fresh and current. You can always shoot us an email if you have any questions about anything at all and we promise to get back to you as soon as possible. (Occasionally we sleep, so if calling please leave a message so we can call you back.) All returns must be received within14 days of the date shipment delivery. Please include original invoice with items you are returning circled. A written confirmation will be emailed to you upon receipt of returned merchandise. “Final Sale” items are not returnable and cannot be returned. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any “Final Sale” item.

What is a “Final Sale” item?

Any item that does not meet the above criteria will be considered “Final Sale”. We do not sell merchandise that has been used or worn so please, all tags must stay attached. All items that have been special ordered or personalized are “Final Sale.” If an item has been marked as “final sale” because it is on special sale or clearance, then it is also final.

How is sales tax calculated?

The final sales tax will be reflected on your final invoice with your order confirmation number and it will include all state and local taxes applicable.

ZokyDoky is currently obligated to collect New York State sales tax.

What if I just have a question?

What does Zoky Doky charge for shipping?

ZokyDoky offers free ground shipping on any purchase over $100, before tax.Overnight shipping is only available on “in stock” item for the applicable rate. Some items that are custom made may not be “in stock” and will not be eligible for an overnight option. On partial shipments, you will only be charged once on your initial order.

I love a particular item but it is sold out. What can I do?

As the saying goes, you snooze and you may lose. If an item you wanted sells while you were considering it, sometimes we can still get it for you. Just sign up for a notification and you will be the first to know when an item is back in stock. There are times when desired items are only available in limited quantities or may be one-of-a-kinds, and not be able to be reordered. In this case we might be able to suggest a similar item. So just send us an email and we will try to help you out.

What if I love a particular style but would prefer a different metal finish or stone color?

At ZokyDoky, we want to make this a very personal shopping experience so don’t ever hesitate to ask us anything. Many times we have items available that didn’t get shot for our site so send us an email about anything you have on your mind. Our email is customerservice@zokydoky.com.

I have an unusual colored dress. Can I get accessory advice?

You bet! Ask an opinion here and you get twenty. With a staff of fashion savvy men and women on hand, why not shoot us a question and pick our brains. We love that. Everyone here thinks they are the best stylists ever. Conceited bunch.

Do you do accessories for bridal parties?

Absolutely, it is an honor and our pleasure to be part of your special day! Why not email us a picture and we will send you our suggestions.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are usually processed within 3-6 business days after we receive your package back. Refunds can only be issued back to you in the original form of payment or in the form of a ZokyDoky credit.

How should I care for Gold Vermeil or Gold Plated jewelry?

Although the temptation is always there to treat your jewelry as if it is real solid gold and diamonds the truth is dipping it in jewelry cleaners designed for the real thing is much too harsh for plated jewelry. The way to keep your jewelry looking great is to just use a non-abrasive jewelry polishing cloth and just gently rub to restore a shine. Try to apply makeup and hairspray before putting on jewelry. Perfume and chlorine from pools can also cause a chemical reaction and damage plated metals. It is also best to store jewelry in a re-closable plastic bag.
